Use Pinterest for Your Portfolio

We love this idea from Mashable suggesting Pinterest as a way to create a visual representation of your resume or professional experience. 

If you aren't familiar with one of today's hottest sites -- it's a content sharing service that allows members to "pin" images, videos and other objects to their pinboard. Also includes standard social networking features.

Create boards for your work experience, awards and accomplishments, degrees or classes, a portfolio of your work, and even your hobbies and interests. As long as you have or can find pictures demonstrating these things visually, you can create an eye-catching Pinterest portfolio to share with employers.

Much like Facebook or Twitter, job seekers are using their Pinterest account to share portfolio work, personal content and yes, their resumes. Use this new method of promotion creatively and professionally.
